Buddies again

Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan’s notorious rivalry has been one of the most-talked-about topics in the film fraternity.

The two stars allegedly came to blows at a birthday party thrown in 2008 by Salman’s ex-girlfriend, Katrina, after which there’s been no end of gossip about their cold war.

But it seems that the actors have finally decided to let bygones be bygones. In fact, they hugged and made up recently at an iftaar party hosted by Baba Siddiqui at a five-star hotel.

After years of the pair avoiding each other in public, it was quite a surprise to see the two on amiable terms.

TV footage showed Salman patting Shah Rukh — who was sitting next to Salim Khan — on the shoulder and then leaning over to hug his Karan Arjun co-star, thus ending their infamous rivalry.
