The Special Lokayukta Court on Monday granted anticipatory bail to four accused in the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) scam.
Judge N K Sudhindra Rao granted bail to former KPSC chairman Gonal Bhimappa, member Mangala Sridhar, her personal assistant Ashok Kumar and computer operator Rajashekar.
The court has has directed the four to hand over any materials and documents pertaining to recruitment and exams to the investigating authorities in 24 hours. All the four are being investigated by the (CID) for charges of irregularities in recruitment.
