<p>KPCC observers to each of the three parliamentary constituencies of Bangalore held a separate meeting on Thursday and prepared a list of probable party candidates to contest the 2014 general elections.<br /><br /></p>.<p>According to party sources, names of former external affairs minister S M Krishna, K C Ramamurthy, Dr Appaji Gowda, U B Venkatesh (Bangalore South), B L Shankar, C K Jaffer Sharief, Prof Rajiv Gowda, N L Narendra Babu (Bangalore North), H T Sangliana, J Alexander, B K Hariprasad (Bangalore Central) have been shortlisted. Sharief’s name also figures in the probable candidates’ list for Bangalore Central.<br /><br />Names shortlisted<br /><br />Sources said the names were shortlisted after consulting the party leaders and workers in these constituencies. The list will soon be submitted to the KPCC chief G Parameshwara. The KPCC will forward the list to the AICC.<br /><br />Besides, the party high command will be shortly sending a team of observers to each of the districts to hold consultation with the party workers and recommend names.</p>
