Jawahar Vidyalaya staff to protest today

The dharna is being held in pursuance of the call given by the All India Jawahar Navodaya Joint Action Committee to press  for their demands More than 6,000 Jawahar Vidyalay staff had held dharna in New Delhi on November 9 urging the government to fulfill their needs.

Second stage

The present dharna is the second stage of protest planned in the State. A indefinite dharna will be held from December 1 if the demands are not met, a release from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff Association, said in a press release.
