<p>A couple from Bhadravathi, Shimoga district, were killed on spot in a mishap near Talalur Gate, Arsikere taluk, Hassan, on Tuesday.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Gopalakrishna (60) and his wife Parimala (55), residents of Bhadravathi died on the spot after their car rammed into a tree. <br /><br /> They were returning to their native after attending a funeral at Holenarsipur, when they met with the accident. Gopalakrishna lost control on the wheels and hit the tree. <br /><br />He died on the spot, while, severely injured Parimala died on the way to hospital. A case has been registered at Arsikere rural police station. </p>
