<p> Two persons were severely injured as the car they were travelling in rammed into a stationary private bus, at Balagunda village, on Madikeri road, near here, on Thursday.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The injured have been identified as Bhanuprakash of Yadavanadu village and his farther Poovaiah. <br /><br />The father-son duo were provided first aid at the Somwarpet government hospital and shifted to a hospital in Mysore for further treatment.<br /><br />However, Bhanuprakash’s sister Bharathi and her son, who were accompanying them, have escaped unhurt.<br /><br />It is said that the occupants of the Maruti Zen car were bound for Somwarpet and hit the bus, which was parked on the road to change the tyre. <br /><br />The front portion of the car and the bus was damaged due to the impact. <br /><br />A case has been registered.<br /></p>
