Justice V M Kanade of the Bombay High Court would decide her bail plea next week. The petitioner contended that she was entitled to bail as MCOCA charges had been dropped in the case. The accused said that she was in custody since her arrest last year.
The state argued that Sadhavi's bail petition was not maintainable and should be dismissed. Sadhavi is facing charges of hatching the Malegaon bomb blast conspiracy and allowing her two wheeler to be used in the explosion that killed six persons in September last year.
