The transaction is the largest private equity investment in the Indian ethnic wear market,” Biba said.<br /><br />On November 12 this year, Future Lifestyle Fashion, part of Kishore Biyani-led Future Group, had divested its minority stakes in Biba Apparels.<br /></p>
