<p>Kannada Development Authority chairperson ‘Mukhyamantri’ Chandru has alleged that the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has failed to use Kannada as official medium of communication.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Speaking to mediapersons on Tuesday, Chandru said it has given reply in English to a query by a private citizen under the Right to Information Act. The BMRCL, which has outsourced its security to private agencies, has neglected Kannadigas for the posts of security guards, he said. </p>
