Kannada Development Authority chairperson ‘Mukhyamantri’ Chandru has alleged that the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has failed to use Kannada as official medium of communication.
Speaking to mediapersons on Tuesday, Chandru said it has given reply in English to a query by a private citizen under the Right to Information Act. The BMRCL, which has outsourced its security to private agencies, has neglected Kannadigas for the posts of security guards, he said.
