Gout-ham (29th) and Tushar (36th) scored a goal each to helped BTM FC to a 2-0 victory over Rovers in the BDFA knockout tournament for ‘C’ division football teams here on Friday.
In the day’s other match, Konkan FC scored a hard-fought 2-1 win over Misaka.
Aslaam put Konkans ahead in the 20th minute before making it 2-0 in the 38th minute.
Shamir brought one back for Misaka in the 55th minute but his side could not muster the equaliser as Konkans held on.
Results: BTM FC: 2 (Goutham 29th, Tushar 36th) bt Rovers: 0; Konkan FC: 2 (Aslaam 20th, 38th) bt Misaka: 1 (Shamir 55th).
