Alden Charles Fernandes has won first place in long jump, second place in 100 metres race, and 3rd place in 200 metres race. Arun Mayya bagged third place in 400 metres and Anirudh G Maiya second place in 800 metres race. Ithias H A and Yashodha R Aithal won third place in 3000 metres race and long jump respectively.
Shanthanu Rathnakar won 2nd place in discuss throw. Shishira S Shetty and Shruthi Kamath adjudged third place in 800 metres race and long jump respectively. Along with these achievements school boys team won the first and second places in 4 x 400 mtrs and 4 x 100 mtrs relays respectively.
School girls’ team too won second place 4 x 400 mtrs relay. The winners will take part in the national-level athletic meet to be held in Jaipur, Rajasthan from December 21 to 24.
