A press release from Dr Palaniraj stated that 22 students of the college had applied for challenge revaluation and of the said number of students 8 students had passed. Of the said 8 students, 4 have attendance shortage and these four will not be allowed to write the exam, he clarified.
He said that the names of the students who have attendance shortage was displayed on the notice board and this was brought to the notice of the parents as well.
He said that VTU will take action against the students who have attendance shortage and colleges cannot interfere in this issue.
