HC stays land acquisition

 
Hearing a petition by Krishnapura math, the Court ordered the stay.

The petitioners said, the four cents of land was acquired for drainage, but the Government had an hidden agenda to construct a public road and submitted an invitation to support their contention.

Justice Mohan Shantangowdar stayed the construction of road.
