Foundation inaugurated

People with Parkinson’s disease now have a reason to be optimistic. The Parkinson’s Disease Society of Karnataka inaugurated the Parkinson’s and Ageing Research Foundation on Wednesday.

The Foundation’s vice-chairman Dr Uday Muthane, a neurosurgeon and movement disorder specialist, said that the aim of the foundation was three-fold - provide care, educate medical community as well as people and facilitate research.
