Build up second line of leadership

But my question to Congressmen is-'Suppose Rahul had not addressed hundreds of election meetings, would the Congress have lost in the elections?'. Were the state Congress leaders incapable of getting votes to their candidates?'. If they say 'yes', then it does not reflect well on them.

They have to buildup a second line of leadership not banking on the Gandhis to get votes for their candidates.

Congressmen have to develop a personality of their own not depending on the Gandhis.
