<p> <br />The matter, heard after a gap of two months, was adjourned to January 15. <br /><br />Iskcon, Mumbai had challenged the lower court order declaring Iskcon, Bangalore as the absolute owner of the Sri Radha Krishna temple. During the hearing of the matter in July this year, a letter and a photograph of Justice K L Manjunath accepting a portrait of Lord Krishna during one of his visits to the temple had caused a furore.<br /><br />Another letter followed this, seeking Justice Manjunath not to hear the matter. However, when Chief Justice P D Dinakaran directed him to hear the matter, Justice Manjunath asked the parties to apologise.</p>
