<p>The Supreme Court will consider on April 16 a plea by Board of Control for Cricket in India seeking audio transcripts of the statements made by team India captain M S Dhoni and ousted BCCI president N Srinivasan before the Mudgal panel.<br /><br /></p>.<p>A bench of justices A K Patnaik and K S Khehar refused to pass an immediate order on the application after a counsel representing Justice Mukul Mudgal panel submitted that only minutes of the meeting and not audio recordings of the statements were provided to the court. <br /><br />Senior advocate C A Sundaram, representing BCCI, said, “We should be provided a copy of the statements made by Dhoni, Srinivasan and Sundar Rajan before that panel.”<br />It was earlier claimed that Gurunath Meiyappan was merely a cricket enthusiast. <br /><br />The cricket board, however, claimed that Dhoni had made no such statement.</p>
