<p>Telugu film actor and founder of Jana Sena Party in Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan will participate in BJP roadshows in some reserved constituencies in Karnataka, according to a press release.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The decision of Kalyan – brother of Andhra Pradesh Congress Campaign Committee chief and actor K Chiranjeevi – to canvass for the BJP candidates was taken after Andhra Pradesh BJP chief Kishan Reddy and a few representatives of prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi met him at his office and requested him to campaign for the BJP. <br /><br />“The party leadership has decided to go ahead and participate in canvassing in Karnataka only after sensitive issues such as caste and religion had been discussed,” the release said.<br /><br />As per the schedule, Kalyan will campaign in Kolar (SC) for M Narayanaswamy, in Raichur (ST) for Shivanagouda Naik, and in Gulbarga (SC) for Revu Naik Belamagi.</p>
