<p>K T Ramachandra, 54, a clerk with the Department of Prosecution, hanged himself at his residence in Sampige Layout on Saturday morning.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The incident came to light when Ramachandra’s wife saw him hanging from the window railings of the bathroom. She informed the neighbours who rushed him to a nearby private hospital but he was declared brought dead. The suicide note blamed his son-in-law Bhairappa for the extreme step.<br /><br />The police said Bhairappa was harassing his wife, and recently he had sent her to her parents’ house. Depressed over this, Ramachandra ended his life.<br /><br />The Vijayanagar police have arrested Bhairappa and a case of abetment to suicide has been registered.</p>
