Water supply to be affected across City tomorrow

Water supply in the City on Saturday will be affected from 8 am to 10 pm as the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) is taking up the work of fixing new 275 HP pump at the Srigandhadakaval pumping station. 

The work on linking 600- mm diameter and 450-mm diameter water lines to the supply lines will be taken up. The utility lines were shifted earlier  to facilitate the BBMP project for the construction of an overbridge near Malabar Gold junction in Rajajinagar 1st Block. Supply will be affected in Rajajinagar (I to VI Blocks), Prakashnagar, Gayathrinagar, Subramanyanagar, Nandini Layout, Mahalakshmi Layout, Basaveshvaranagar, Agrahara Dasarahalli, Vijayanagar, Govindarajanagar and surrounding areas.
