CJI to visit B'lore today

Justice Balakrishnan was supposed to leave for Bangalore on Friday evening but due to illness for the past three days he would fly on Saturday morning.

The Supreme Court collegium which was to decide the fate of Karnataka High Court Chief Justice P D Dinakaran did not take place this week. The collegium might meet in coming week to take a decision on Justice Dinakaran.
