Now, a device to detect gas leakage

Speaking at a demonstration of the equipment designed by Pole Star Kingfuse of Australia, Yogish of Sainath Safety Solution said that the equipment gives an indication of the quantity of the LPG in the cylinder.

The device also detects any leakage of the gas and also helps in saving conserves the energy. The manufacturer provides an insurance up to Rs 25 lakh on purchasing the equipment. However, the unit can be adopted to cylinders of state-owned HP, BP and Indane LPG cylinders. The programme was held at Nandi Ranga Mandira in the City.

City Municipal Council member C M Chikkappaiah, Dr Madhuranatha Reddy of Government Employees Association and others were present on the occasion.
