Didn't complain to high command: Ramya

Former MP Ramya has denied lodging a complaint with the Congress high command against a few leaders of the party’s district unit.

She told reporters that there were reports in the media that she had lodged a complaint, but that is far from the truth. Some leaders believed that and were making allegations against her, the former MP said.

Ramya said that everyone in the party had worked for her during the Lok Sabha elections. 

Ego clash

Admitting that personal egos were at work during the polls, she did not rule out shortcomings on her part. She thanked the people of Mandya for their support, despite shortcomings in the party’s campaign.
