Woman murdered by second husband

The deceased has been identified as Radha (23). She was working in a private company.
According to the police, Radha parted ways with her first husband, Srinivas, a few years ago. She had reportedly divorced him. Later, she married her former lover Anand, a cab driver by profession and settled down in Krishnanandnagar. Radha frequented her mother’s house at Malagal. However, Anand was opposed to her visits. The couple had often quarrelled over the same issue in the past.

Two months ago she left even Anand and started staying with her mother. On Tuesday night, when Anand went to Malagal, they once gain quarrelled over the same issue. In a fit of anger, Anand hit her head with an iron rod killing her instantly and fled.  Radha’s mother was away when the incident happened. Search is on for Anand, police said.
