Gehlot for probe into 'animal vial'

Former Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot on Thursday demanded that the state government clarify the facts on the alleged use of animals’ antibiotic-injections on human beings at a Jodhpur government hospital.

“The Medical and Health Minister should come forward clarifying the facts and figures on the alleged use of animals’ antibiotic-injections on human beings at the Mathura Das Mathur Hospital there,” Gehlot said.

There should be a fair probe into the case of medical negligence so that the fear and confusion in the minds of people are removed, he said.
