'Poll symbol proved to be PRP's curse'

The rail engine symbol looked too tiny on the electronic voting machines that the voters could not recognise it. Symbols like loaf of bread, road-roller, bulldozer, tent and tractor looked large enough for the voters to easily identify. So they did not vote for the PRP, Chiranjeevi said. Now that they have become eligible for recognition as a regional party, the PRP would seek a better symbol for the next election, Chiranjeevi said.
