Some folks even consider carousing and binging on scrumptious food with friends to beat the mental dejection.<br /><br />Incidentally, all the aforesaid pleasure-laden pursuits may pump up your plummeting spirits, in case your depression is only in its passing phase. (The times when you are experiencing that inscrutable mental gloom with no tangible reason). <br /><br />On the other hand, if the mental disconcert has been spawned by a serious problem, then these above activities can proffer you pleasure only for transitory moments.
