Without taking the name of the newly inducted Minister Renukacharya, Moily told mediapersons on the sidelines of  a function on Saturday that “The condition of Chief Minister is really pathetic

It is baffling and it is not clear as to under whose control the CM is. Persons who are facing ‘allegations’ are inducted into the Cabinet. It is a ridiculous and shameful act by the government. The Congress has nothing to do with the current situation. The BJP government will get buried in the ditch dug by it,” he added.

On situation in Andhra Pradesh he said that there was no need for imposing President’s Rule. He said the developments in Andhra Pradesh cannot be termed as an act of dissidence.

“The elected representatives of Telangana and Rayalseema have expressed the opinion of their voters. We are trying to respond to their demands,” he said. Asked whether there is any proposal to take disciplinary action against the party MLAs and MPs, Moily said this is not the proper time for taking disciplinary action. “Opposition parties had expressed their consent regarding constitution of Telangana state during the all-party meeting convened by Chief Minister K Rosaiah on December 7.

The Centre had taken a right decision then. Even now, the government is not against its stand. But the Opposition is adopting a dual stand. The Centre has an open mind,” he said.
On Ruchika issue, the minister said he had discussed the same with the Solicitor General and the CBI.
