<p>Kailash, a bachelor, was an RSS volunteer. He dedicated his life for the party, and particularly the rights of labourers. He was considered as a ‘big brother’ by his party colleagues. He was nominated to the Council in December last. <br /><br />Kailash had voted during the recent Council election after having been brought to the polling centre in an ambulance. However, election authorities ordered a repoll as the ballot box had been brought outside the polling centre to help Kailash cast his vote. He could not vote during the re-election. <br /><br />In the Council, Minister V S Acharya hailed Kailash as a simple man and a good organiser. <br /></p>
