JOIN USTwo youths were hacked to death by unidentified men in Rajagopalanagar and Basavanagudi police limits on Monday night.
According to the police, a person was found dead on the pavement of OVH Road in Basavanagudi on Tuesday morning by passersby, who informed the police.
The body was shifted to a hospital for post-mortem. The man aged between 25 and 30 is suspected to have been murdered elsewhere and his body dumped on the pavement of OVH Road.
The victim bore marks of assault with lethal weapons and his throat was slit.
Another incident
In another incident, a youth aged around 25 years was found dead in Lakshmidevi Nagar in Rajagopalanagar on Tuesday.
The body was found in a deserted area in Lakshmidevi Nagar with severe injuries. The person, it is said, had been cut with sharp weapons at least 17 times.
The public informed the police. The police are trying to ascertain the identity of victims and trace the assailants.
