<p>The deceased have been identified as S G Ponnappa (30) of Sampigedalu and S C Hriday (17). <br /><br />The duo were bound to Sampigedalu in two-wheeler when a van hit them from behind. <br />Speed and careless driving by van driver led to the mishap. Van driver has fled the spot. A case has been registered. <br /><br />Villagers took Circle Inspector Krishnaiah to task who arrived on the spot.</p>
