The inclination to extend support was indicated during the meeting the Sahara Group Chairman and Managing Director Subrata Roy Sahara had with the Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama on last Tuesday here, according to sources in the Sahara Group.

The Sahara Group is constructing the Aambay Valley City spread over an area of over 10,000 acres on the outskirt of Mumbai. Aambay Valley City is one of the two cities in the world (other one in China), which have been selected by the Japanese government to develop as model eco-friendly townships, sources said.
