Pranesh elected C'magalur BJP chief

His victory was announced by the Election Officer Ashok Murthy. Pranesh, who is a former ZP member, was the only one who filed nomination for the post.

“I will sincerely strive to fortify the party. My aim is to make BJP victorious in all the 5 constituencies in the next assembly election,” he said.

MLA C T Ravi, M P Kumaraswamy, former president M S Bhojegowda, State Secretary Bhanu Prakash among others were present.
