Cultural events, competitions mark TPML cultural fest

Various cultural events and competitions marked the cultural festival organised by the Lalita Kala Sangha of The Printers (Mysore) Private Limited, the publishers of Deccan Herald and Prajavani, at the KGS Club here on Sunday.

The employees and their family members took part in the festival. The key attraction of the event was the fancy dress competition by the children between the age group of two and five. The winners of the competitions were given awards.

Speaking at the event, actor Ramesh Aravind termed Deccan Herald and Prajavani most credible newspapers Actor Yash too hailed the two dailies for upholding the journalistic ethos.
