Missing infant traced in Chennai

 The baby was in the custody of a woman Gowramma (30), and the police are currently questioning her over a possible kidnap angle.

While the details of the incident still remain murky, sources speculated that a past link between Gowramma and the baby’s father, Narayanaswamy cannot be ruled out. 

Sources in the police department said that Gowramma, a housewife might have just taken the baby as an act of revenge. However, the police also maintained that the baby was taken good care of by Gowramma and there was no visible harm to the infant. Narayanaswamy, a shop owner from Yeshwantapur had filed a complaint about the missing baby about a week ago.
