Christmas calls for some exotic Christmas turkey meal. And the restaurants in Bengaluru are all prepared to offer you a traditional Christmas table with classic Christmas meal. Cilantro, a restaurant in Koramangala, is offering a lavish brunch by the poolside on December 25.

The head chefs of Cilantro, Anish and Mondal have designed 40 varieties of Continental, Indian and Barbecue specials with live counter of succulent grills to offer you on the festive day.

To start of the Christmas brunch, they have special appetisers including the fresh-cream salads, pastas and special shalik barbecue. While the vegetarians can appetise on cottage cheese and salads, the non-vegetarians can feast on beef, chicken and pork. To spice up the celebrations, the chefs are offering four varieties of special meat including the delicious turkey meat, capon chicken roast, duck roast and the lamb leg roast.
Enjoy whole-roasted capon chicken steeped in traditional spices with regal sage and onion stuffing, with a merry accompaniment of Port Wine Gravy with Herb-Roasted Potatoes and Cheese Baked Broccoli.

All this comes in a decorated platter with loads of Christmas goodies. The vegetarian main course includes vegetable lasagna, kashmiri kofta and pulao, tava kadai, daal tadka with steamed rice.

The non-vegetarians have a banquet of pork rib, grilled fish, beef roll, mutton biryani and the chicken kurma. The continental special include mushroom lasagna, roast chicken, roast pork and beef, chicken rollard served with wine.

They have special cocktails to offer along with traditional mulled wine with spices. For those with sweet tooth, the Christmas special deserts include Christmas pudding, cream caramel custard, chocolate moose, special sushi and jamoon.
