Salman breaks his silence over 'PK'

'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' Salman might not have watched friend Aamir's 'PK' because of his busy schedule, but the actor believes that 'PK' is an amazing film.

The star, who recently celebrated his birthday at his Panvel farmhouse, took to Twitter to take a  stand for Aamir's latest blockbuster film 'PK' which is surrounded by controversies and has sparked protests all across the country.

Salman tweeted:

The Censor Board also defends Aamir's 'PK' by stating that political or ideological groups should watch the film only if they wish too.

However, following escalated protests, the Maharashtra government has recently ordered the police to investigate if the movie contains objectionable content hurting religious sentiments or not.

Fringe groups have been staging protests against the movie in Delhi, Ahmedabad, Mumbai and in other cities too.

Starring Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma, 'PK' has been directed by well-known director Rajkumar Hirani.
