JOIN USIn preparation for the large crowd to gather at the YMCA Ground on Eid Milad, the traffic police will make the following diversions on Sunday.
A large turnout of vehicles is expected on JC Road, RRMR Road, KB Road, Devanga Road, Mallya Hospital, KG Road, Hanes Junction, St Johns Church Road, Hajj Camp Junction, Broadway Road and Queen’s Road.
Vehicular movement from Nagawara towards Pottery Road will be blocked. Vehicles will have to take a left turn at Nagawara signal and move towards HBR Layout, Lingarajapuram and Davis Road and proceed further. Vehicular movement from Bamboo Bazaar towards Nagawara and Tannery Road will be blocked.
Vehicles can get to Netaji Road from Bamboo Bazar to join Hennur Main Road and proceed towards Lingarajapuram, HBR Layout and Nagawara.n Vehicular movement will be blocked on Nrupatunga Road between KR Circle and Police Corner from 2 pm till the event concludes. Parking will not be allowed on the stretch.
Vehicles heading into Nrupatunga Road from KR Circle should enter Cubbon Park at KR Circle and move on to Siddalingaiah Road, Mallya Hospital Road and RRMR, then proceed towards KR Market, Jayanagar, Hosur Road, Kanakapura Road and Banashankari.
Two-way traffic movement will be temporarily allowed on KG Road between Police Corner Circle and Mysore Bank Circle. Vehicles could use KR Circle-Old Post Office (City Civil Court) stretch and take a left turn to reach KG road.
