The complex, covering an area of 2.5 acres, will comprise of two and three bedroom apartments ranging from 1100sq ft to 1660sq ft. The cost could vary between Rs 45 lakh to Rs 70 lakh, depending on the size of the apartment.
“The residential complex will comprise of special parks and play areas for children along with 24 hours generator facility. The prime location of the complex is its main attraction for buyers”, said Plama Developers Chairman & Managing Director PMA Razak. He also stated that 20 per cent of pre-launch bookings have also been completed.
The project is likely to be completed in 30 months.
