Ambedkar portrait

The Legislative Council on Thursday resolved to have a portrait of Dr B R Ambedkar in the Council hall.  Raising the issue, B J Puttaswamy (BJP) said the Council do not have the photo of Ambedkar, the architect of the Constitution.

This is really a sad issue, he added. Responding to him, Revenue Minister  V Srinivas Prasad the council must have the portrait of Ambedkar. Finally, the House adopted the resolution to have the portrait.
