The Central Crime Branch (CCB) police arrested two persons peddling marijuana in Govindarajnagar under the Vijayanagar police limits recently.
Acting on a tip-off, the police arrested Sunil and Samashekhar while they were selling marijuana to youth.
The police recovered two kilograms of marijuana, Rs 3,000 in cash and two mobile phones from the duo.
Investigation is on to identify the source from where they obtained the narcotic, said police.
A case has been registered at the Vijayanagar police station.
