The City-based three piece band – ‘Mad Orange Fireworks’ will be performing at  BFlat on March 14 at 9 pm.

The band has carved a niche for itself in the City and will be announcing the release of it’s second album ‘Under the Orange Sky’, during the event.

After six months of getting in and out of the studio, the band has finally put together this album with the help of well-known sound engineer Rahul Ranganath.

The band will perform the entire album back to back and the audience can take home some goodies. The band will also launch its first official music video at the event. The fans can also catch their first single from the album ‘Shaking My Ground’ on screen for the first time on the same night.

The band, that was formed in April 2011, has Michael Dias on vocals and guitars, Kaushik Kumar on vocals and bass and Deepak Raghu on drums.

Having been musically inclined from a young age, the talented Michael Dias has been playing the guitar and singing for over 18 years now. He started writing his own tunes in 2003, and has been part of various bands ever since. 

Hailing from Calicut, Deepak Raghu has spent three years studying music at the LA Music Academy. He has played drums for many bands since 2002.

The only part-time
musician in the band, Kaushik is a practising architect with a long musical background. He currently holds the groove and rhythm solid in the band.
