<p>A 21-year-old youth jumped to his death in front of a running train at Dwarka Sector 10 Metro station on Tuesday.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Police said he was unemployed for last one month and that could be a possible reason behind his extreme step. No suicide note was found from Nitin Tomar, who was a resident of Najafgarh in west Delhi.<br /><br />“He had quit his education three years ago and had been working with various companies before going unemployed a month ago,” a senior police officer told Deccan Herald.<br /><br />Tomar jumped to his death from platform number one at around 6 pm. Eyewitnesses told police he was talking to someone on phone before he took the fatal leap. Only the mangled remains of the youth could be recovered from the tracks.<br /><br />Services on the Metro line were affected following the incident for about half an hour. <br />His father told police that he saw no apparent reason behind the suicide. A probe is on.</p>
