<p>Three persons were killed on the spot and three others sustained injuries when an SUV collided head-on with a container lorry, turned turtle and hit another lorry near a dhaba on National Highway 13 near Haruvanahalli on Monday morning. <br /><br /></p>.<p>The dead have been identified as Puttannaiah Chauhan, 30, of Gajendragad, Shivu Rathod, 30, and car driver Hanumanthappa Anchinalu, 30, of Ron. <br /><br />Gajendragad’s Umesh Rathod, 27, Chandra Anchinalu of Ron, 24, and Ibrahim, 24, were injured in the accident, police said. <br /><br />The accident occurred when the six were returning to Ron in the SUV after visiting Mysore, Mandya and Bengaluru.<br /><br />The injured have been admitted to Hosapete government hospital for treatment. <br />The accident has left the SUV totally damaged, they said.<br /><br /></p>
