<p>To give further depth to Indo-US business relations by giving primacy to Indian MSME (micro, small, and medium enterprise) investments, the US India Investors Forum (USIIF) will establish its southern chapter on May 20, in a strategic tie-up with the Federation of Karnataka Chambers and Commerce (FKCCI).<br /><br /></p>.<p>USIIF Chairman Manoj Gursahani said Indian MSMEs can tap growing opportunities in the US by taking advantage of its close association with US consulates and US commercial Services.<br /><br />“The USIIF will act as a platform where Indian MSMEs can understand the highly competitive US business environment. We will help them in building business relationships with those companies which require MSME support,” said Gursahani.<br /><br />He said the diversity and complexity of laws in 50 US states necessitate a platform help Indian MSMEs. <br /><br />FKCCI president Sampathraman said USIIF will become a catalyst in taking Indian MSME investments to the US. USIIF will hold BIO Philadelphia with the participation of 100-odd Indian biotech companies.<br /></p>
