From the Italian kitchen

The Italian wonder, pizza, is every foodie’s delight. From youngsters to the elderly, this oven-baked flat bread is craved by all. Pizza might not be the staple food of Indians, but it definitely is sought-after. And presenting this in style is Pizza Stop, a quaint store dedicated to pizzas and pastas.

A small room with coloured chairs and tables, an open kitchen with humble staff...this place gives the perfect cosy ambience for a platter of cheesy Italian pizzas with a bit of an Indian twist. If you are a cheese freak, then garlic bread with cheese is a must. Served hot, the cheese on this garlic bread is stretchy and never ending. With an overdose of cheese, the garlic breads are soft and crispy at the same time. The nachos served with cheese and salsa sauces are also appetising with all that crispness. They also serve French fries and masala garlic bread for starters.

The place offers a wide variety of pizzas of which some are purely Italian, while the others are a little Indianised. All Arabiata, Margherita, Exotic, Indian...they have a wide variety among which ‘Zen Pizza’ topped with fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella, capsicum, garlic, olives and oregano ranks first in the list. Veggies who like more toppings on their pizzas can opt for ‘Pizza Assorted’ that is rich with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. The pastas look humble, but their taste is more than satisfying with all the right amount of cheese and sauce. A pocket-friendly place, many say that the only drawback of this place is that it does not serve non-vegetarian choices.
