The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Special Court has remanded tainted Telugu Desam Party MLA Revanth Reddy, co-accused Sebastian Harry and Uday Simha in judicial custody till June 15, after the four-day police custody ended here on Tuesday.

All the three have been shifted to Cherlapally Central Prison. The ACB also submitted the custody report of the three accused in the cash for vote case to the court.

The ACB has said that three teams have interrogated the accused TDP Kodangal (Mahbubnagar) legislator and others and the accused have answered all the questions.

However, Revanth Reddy complained to the judge that the ACB had treated him shabbily by forcing him to sleep on the guard’s bench and denied him clean drinking water. He also alleged that few persons other than ACB also interrogated him.

The ACB, which has denied these allegations, said that it still has to find complete details of the bank accounts from which Rs 50 lakh was withdrawn to offer TRS legislator Elvis Stephenson.

Earlier, in a pre-dawn raid, three teams of Telangana branch of the ACB searched the houses of the all the three accused armed with warrants procured from the special court.
The ACB sleuths checked documents, passports, bank passbooks and land details at the Jubilee Hills home of Revanth Reddy.

Speaking to reporters, an ACB officer said that they found no incriminating evidence at Revanth’s house. However, they confiscated a CPU from his home and were also looking into his call data. ACB DSP Sunita Reddy who led the operation has questioned Revanth’s wife Geetha.

Meanwhile, the TDP has decided to stand by Revanth’s family as his daughter Nymisha Reddy’s engagement ceremony is slated for June 11.
