I’m not aware of the statement made by Chinchansur,” he said. <br /><br />Chinchansur on Thursday had said the Textile department had proposed the Vastrabhagya scheme to provide clothes, either free or at subsidised rates, to BPL families in Karnataka. <br /></p>
