<p>MLC V S Ugrappa with a team of senior officials from of Education and Police departments on Monday visited Pragathi PU college in Kadugodi where a second PU student was shot dead by the school attender.<br /><br /></p>.<p>He took stock of measures taken by the school to ensure the safety of children.<br /><br />“I have asked school authorities to furnish details on several issues concerning the safety of children at school by tomorrow. We have found a number irregularities at the school”he said. <br /><br />Ugrappa is the chairman of a 29-member committee constituted by the government recently to look into the increasing cases of abuse against women and children at schools. </p>
