The committee, constituted by the party central leadership, in a bid to quell dissidence, is also likely to give a stamp of approval for electing Energy Minister K S Eshwarappa as the new state unit president. Party strategy for the BBMP polls and the process of shortlisting candidates is also likely to be discussed, party sources said.
